Light Makers business model is built on delivering quality service and technical expertise. Our manufactured and/or imported products have undergone stringent Performance Guidelines, securing our reputation earned based on reliability and accuracy. As a service provider, we continue to develop industry best practices to help customers and businesses discover new and enhanced lighting applications. 
Payment is done at our showroom or cash on delivery upon order confirmation. Bank transfer can be arranged on request. We will be set up for electronic payment in the near future.
Light Makers professional service team will facilitate the site assessment and/or delivery after you have confirmed the schedule upon your booking and/or purchase completion. Upon confirmation, an estimate of 3-5 working days is required to sort through the order details and confirmation of site assessments required, installation or delivery dates schedule.
Refund and Return Policies are in place to assure optimal consumer buying experiences. Product warranty ranges with every brand but moderated by Light Makers of at least 6 months. Light Makers will not undertake any Warranty / Defects / Dispute which arises out of purchases from negligent mishandling, faulty installation, losses and damages and in kind that arises after acceptance by buyer.
