This item is covered under manufacturer’s warranty. All products featured in-store or online are sold with LED lighting and under 6 months warranty with quality and personalised service guaranteed. Upon receiving a claim covered by this Guarantee, Light Makers may elect to provide rectification of any reported malfunctions with the product. If we are unable to repair the product, you may select a new replacement in equal or lesser value to the original purchase price in exchange.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear. Fabrics and leathers will fade and crease. Metals may corrode or rust with prolonged exposure to moisture and sunlight.
- Defective as a consequence of misuse, accident, lack of proper and maintenance, or breakage and mishandling during transit.

Light Makers will not undertake any warranty / defects / disputes which arise out of purchases from negligent mishandling, faulty installation, losses and damages and in kind that arises after acceptance by buyer.
As the ceiling fan is a moving home appliance, there is bound to be certain vibrations when in use. Therefore, proper installation is crucial to maintain the product’s safety and durability. False/concrete ceiling fan installations should be done correctly.
Any faults or problems from installations that arise and performed by third-party contractors will not be covered by the product’s warranty. Not all fans are compatible with dimmer control switch and third-party IC control. Any fans installed with these controls will cause the warranty to be void.
